Mock Draft Contest Results

The results of the OBR Mock Draft Contest are in, and Browns fans once again showed themselves more than the equal of internet "experts" who throw their mock drafts onto the web. Here are the results!

Below are the results of the 2006 mock draft contest, with Browns fans and mock drafts used in the "Mock Draft Muncher" rated together. The first and second place contestants have been contacted via email to receive their prizes.

Once again, Browns fans did very well when matched up against the experts, although the sheer number of entries and lateness of most of the entries creates a likelihood that a number of Browns fans would be the draftniks. Scout's own TFY Draft Preview did very well, as did our friend Rob Rang, as ell as Don Banks, Consensus Draft Services, and QI Sports.

The list below uses the email address you login under, with everything after the "@" removed so that spammers can't harvest your email address. If there is any confusion, please contact me (use the Contact Us link) and I can find specific entries.

The scoring system used was 5 points for an exact match of player and draft slot, 3 points if you're off by less than three slots, and one point if the player is picked in the round. Winston Justice, Jimmy Williams, and Chad Jackson helped devastate a lot of scores/ The maximum possible score is 160.
